Dear Chris,
Today starts our “Love Notes” journey as we approach our 10th wedding anniversary. It’s pretty hard to believe that we have been married for 10 years. It seems like it would be so easy to write you love notes because I love you so much. But since we have spent the last ten years openly sharing our love for each other it has been hard thinking about what I can say to you that I have never told before. Chris, the thing that I love the absolute most about you is your true love for God. I love how you keep our marriage covered in prayer. I also am so grateful that you keep me covered in prayer. I love how we make prayer a priority in our marriage. I cannot remember the last time that we started our day without praying together - even if we are in different places or states. Watching or listening to you pray when you don’t even notice makes me fall deeper in love with you! I love you, Chris Skanes!
