Dear Femi,
You are the reason that I am a firm believer in speaking your own prophecy. I said that you would be my wife in elementary school. I wanted you to be my girlfriend like no other when we were on the junior usher board together. I guess my persistence or your exhaustion allowed you to give up the idea of running from me and you gave into my desire for you to become my girlfriend. Although we were only kids we shared puppy love, but it felt stronger than just toy love. That kiddie love were the seeds that were sown that would grow into the love that we have shared throughout our lives. I would often think back to those younger years that Femi is going to be my wife. Nobody would have been able to tell me otherwise. I spoke it, but life gave us a different course to take. I thank God for having our paths cross in our adult years so that we could fulfill my prophecy.
Advice: If you want something, be persistent, when you get it take care of it. Keep that same energy to make it better. Don’t get comfortable with just maintaining it.  Â
